Payment Terms
In this document: "User/You/Customer/Buyer" refers to the person/s in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.
"TTPL /We/Our" refers to Taj Trip Private Limited.
"Supplier/3rd Party" refers to the company or person whose goods or services being purchased/used by the user.
By accessing and using the web site, user accepts and agrees to be bound, without modification, limitation or qualification, by these payment terms and policies. If user does not accept any of the terms stated here, user must refrain to use the web site. The right to access and use the web site is not transferable to any person or entity. TajTrip Private Limited may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms at any time by updating this posting. Users are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit the terms & conditions, privacy and policy page periodically to review the terms. Your use of the web site constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, privacies, policies and notices contained herein or otherwise posted on the web site.
Direct Payment To Bank Account: Buyer will deposit money only in Taj Trip Private Limited bank account. Buyer will inform to TTPL for any payment made by them through offline, net or payment gateway, within 24 hours with valid proof of transaction. The User will not share his personal sensitive information like credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, passwords etc. with any person including the agents, employees or representatives of TTPL. The User shall immediately inform TTPL if such details are demanded by any of its agents' employees or representatives. TTPL shall not be liable for any loss that the User incurs for sharing the aforesaid details.
Invoice & Balance Payment: Your invoice will mention the due date for payment of the tour cost / balance tour cost. Payment receipt will be issued only after receipt of full payment in the bank account. Your travel documents and airline tickets can be released only after receipt of full and final payment including the foreign exchange component of the tour cost. Delay in full payment would result in the cancellation of your reservations done and levy of cancellation charges. Hence the balance payment has to reach us as per the schedule mentioned in your invoice or at least 30 days prior to departure of your tour whichever is earlier.
Online Payments: TTPL provides various modes of making payments on the Website for transacting, like UPI, Credit/Debit Cards of various banks, Net Banking facility of all major banks and third party Wallets and more. TTPL gets online payment on Transaction + additional working day (T+1 to 3 days) basis.The immediate family Father/Husband/Wife/mother can pay for the children or traveller/guest/buyer. However, the person paying/cardholder should also be among the travellers. If husband, wife and two children are travelling together as a family, husband’s card is acceptable.The cardholder cannot use his/her card for payment of other person’s tour package.
Discounts / Benefits / Penalty: Early booking of tour makes the guest/s eligible for the benefit or discount as declared by Taj Trip Private Limited. which are valid for limited number of seats, limited period and specific tour dates and age of the guest. The agreed amount of discount is subject to timely payments by guest/s i.e. minimum 30 days prior to the tour departure/service date. Accordingly, Taj Trip Private Limited reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any of the discounts / benefits without prior intimation to the guest/s. To be eligible for any discounts / benefits guest must pay the full booking amount at the time of booking.
Refund Process: Tours packages and travel services are non refundable and non transferable. In the rare circumstance of a booking not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, TTPL will process the refund of the booking amount paid by the User and intimate the User about the same. TTPL is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any applicable refund will be processed as per the defined policies of the service provider and TTPL as the case may be. Refund will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking. Booking(s) made by the User through TTPL are subject to the applicable cancellation policy as set out on the booking page or as communicated to the customers in writing. There is certain charges /deductible on payment/refund of transaction done by Credit card / Debit Card, Net Banking etc. We provide services with the support of third party/ suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transporter in other state/country and trade partners etc. We are adhere to follow their policies & terms and conditions. They have certain charges or non refundable services. On cancelation/reschedule the suppliers’s refund process will be taken in consideration and be abiding and honoured. Hence we advise User/you to confirm this with our booking staff before purchasing the service. In refund process, Taj Trip Private Limited takes 30 days if we get refund from the service supplier. There is non refundable charges (two thousand rupees per person) applicable on each booking as TTPL’s expenses on various components including human resources, building rent , phone / communications process.
