How do I know, my holiday package is confirmed?

You will get holiday voucher in your e-mail/ whatsapp within 24 hours after booking and full payment.

What if I don't get holidays voucher in 24 hours?

How should I contact for details of holiday packages?

Option "Contact Us" on top right side, "E-mail ID" on bottom of website home page are given to reach us.

Can I change my holidays Plan?

Yes, you can change the plan by choosing any option out of the product before payment. It is not possible once you have made payment. Therefore we advise you to choose the product carefully.

What are the cancellation charges of holiday packages?

Holiday packages consist of various tourism constituents including airlines, hotels, road transports, sightseeing, food at different locations and countries. Therefore we suggest you to check with our staff and see holidays policies before booking.

What documents should I carry for international holiday packages?

You need to carry passport with minimum validity of 6 months from travel date, return/onward journey air ticket, valid visa and hotel booking voucher.

What documents should I carry for domestic holiday's packages?

You need to carry a photo identity proof such as passport, driving licence, photo ID card issued by central/state government, voter card.

Can I pay by debit / ATM card, credit card, cash card, Net banking, RTGS, Cash, Cheque?

Yes! You can pay by any of the above mentioned mode of payment. There are some TDR charges (TDR - Transaction Deduction Rate) apply for online payments which will not be kept by tajtrip.com. It may be kept by the service provider bank/financial institution or other. Bank transfer is free of cost.

How can I save TDR (Transaction Deduction Rate) charges if I cancel the booking?

You can save TDR charges if you deposit /transfer money in the company's bank account number directly. Bank account details will be provided at the time of booking.

Will I get full refund if I cancel the booking of holidays/tour package prior to departure date?

Please check with our holiday staff and see the policy prior to booking. There are certain administration expenses and cancellation charges apply apart from third party's cancellation policies.

How much refund will I get if I cancel holidays before completion of holidays period?

You are entitled for no refund once you avail the package partially.

Do I get confirmed visa if I book international holidays through Taj Trip Pvt. Ltd.?

Visa process and decision is totally in the control of embassies, high commissions, and consulates of concerned countries. Taj Trip private limited can not influence visa process and decision in any case. Therefore we advise you to complete documentation and process for visa with reasonable time before your journey date. TTPL does not give visa guarantee.

Will I get milk/feed for my infant in the hotel?

We suggest you to carry milk bottle and other feed for infant. You may contact the hotel authorities for such help but it is totally between you and hoteliers.

Do I need ECNR stamp for International traveling?

ECNR clearance is not required for tourist visa holder for many countries. However, nowadays most of the passports do not contain this stamp but we suggest you to be ensure from PoE/nearest emigration office/passport office at least one week prior to the journey.

What is Ok to Board (OTB) on message? How do I get it?

You need ok to board (OTB) message when visiting Dubai on tourist visa. This message is to be sent by sponsor to the airlines. Airlines will update this message in their system for the concerned passenger's PNR and only thereafter you get your boarding pass in origin country. However, you don't need to get it if you have purchased a package from TTPL. We advise you to confirm with our holidays staff for ok to board (OTB) message 3 days prior to the travel date.

How will I get refund?

You will get refund in the same account which was used for payment. In some cases, it may be transferred to the consumer account on written demand or in special condition.
